What decided it
The air conditioning unit cools as well as heats air, conflicting with Condition G.3(a) of Class G, Part 14 of the GPDO which requires air source heat pumps to be used solely for heating purposes, and the unit does not qualify as a microgeneration heat pump under the Energy Act 2004.
