The appellant's evidence, given in statutory declarations by multiple credible witnesses with direct knowledge of the building's occupation and use from October 2019 onwards, was found to be sufficiently precise and unambiguous to demonstrate on the balance of probability that the use as a dwellinghouse had continued substantially uninterrupted for the required four-year period.
