  • The effect of the proposed development upon the character and appearance of the host dwelling and the street scene

What decided it

The proposed development would harm the character and appearance of the host dwelling and the street scene through its excessive mass, bulk, poor design integration and lack of subservience to the original dwelling, conflicting with development plan policies and Framework design principles.
