The proposed larger rooflights mounted lower on the roof plane would afford views over rooftops and provide adequate natural light and ventilation to serve the loft bedroom, combined with the kitchen/lounge area providing sufficient functional space despite a minor shortfall from standards, together satisfying the living conditions requirements of Policy H10.
