The proposed development would result in visual harm to the wider landscape by reasons of the siting and arrangement of the cabins in an open field distinct from the existing farmstead, combined with limited natural screening and topography that would increase visibility, contrary to the development plan and the Sandford Principle which attaches greater weight to conserving the National Park's natural beauty.
