What decided it
The technical noise evidence, supported by the Council's own acoustic consultant and an earlier Inspector's findings on a similar scheme, demonstrated that the development would not cause unacceptable adverse effects on neighbouring residential properties without the operating hours condition, and the remaining mitigation measures were sufficient.
