The proposed vehicle crossover would serve a hardstanding that falls short of the Council's Vehicle Crossover Policy minimum width requirement, creating an uncontrollable risk that parked vehicles would overhang the public footway and obstruct pedestrian access, thereby harming road user safety contrary to the development plan.
