The benefits of housing delivery and use of brownfield land in a location with 0.91 years housing land supply were significantly and demonstrably outweighed by the substantial harm to neighbouring living conditions and the failure to provide suitable living conditions for future occupiers, with good design being a key aspect of sustainable development.
