What decided it
The failure to demonstrate adequate BNG legislative exemption or provision, creating fundamental conflict with Policy G6 of the London Plan and statutory BNG requirements, which significantly and demonstrably outweighs the housing delivery benefits.
The benefits of delivering one new-build dwelling on previously developed land in an area with substantial housing shortfall (2.4 years supply) and the efficient use of land were outweighed by the fundamental conflict with statutory BNG provisions and Policy G6 of the London Plan.
