The substandard visibility at the access (100m versus 162m required), combined with high traffic volumes, regular speeding, and the likelihood of vehicles needing to stop on the A4 to exit, creates an unacceptable risk of collision that cannot be mitigated and conflicts with Policy DM42 of the Local Plan Review.
