What decided it

The 21 May 2024 amendment to paragraph Q1.(a) of the GPDO removed the requirement for sole agricultural use, requiring only that the building was part of an established agricultural unit on 24 July 2023, which the appellant demonstrated through statutory declaration and farmstead documentation.
