Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- The effect of the development on the character and appearance of the Mauldeth Road Conservation Area
What decided it
The red and blue brick-stone walls replacing the original stone hedge boundary features were found to be out of character with the conservation area and failed to conserve its appearance, whereas the driveway reconfiguration itself preserved the area's green and spacious character.
