What decided it

The proposed dwelling would appear as a cramped and uncharacteristically narrow addition to the ASLC due to its tapered plot being substantially smaller than neighbouring properties in the street scene, and would fail to accord with the absolute minimum 1.5m side boundary requirement in Policy DMHB 6 part (iv).
