The 1996 planning permission was granted for an 'outdoor club' use and condition 3 restricted it to 'an Outdoor Club for members only', meaning the use as an outdoor members club recreation and leisure facility had already been found lawful, and the Council was not correct to introduce the word 'naturist' into the certificate description.
