The proposed dwelling's lower ridge height creating subservience in views from No. 27's garden, combined with the compensating natural outlook of mature trees and vegetation on the remaining sides, and the support of the previous appeal decision at the same site, demonstrated that the development would not unacceptably harm the living conditions of the neighbouring property with regard to outlook.
