The Inspector's finding that the replacement facilities to be secured at Winklebury were, taken as a whole, equivalent or better than those at the Camrose ground as it stood in April 2019, satisfying Policy CN8 and paragraph 97 of the Framework.

having found no conflict with the development plan, the significant economic and social benefits of housing delivery, brownfield redevelopment and benefits to BTCFC as a Community Benefit Society weighed in favour, with no identified harms, so the appeals were allowed without delay in accordance with paragraph 11(c) of the Framework
