What decided it

The low eaves height, shallow pitched roof sloping away from the boundary, and limited depth of the proposed extension, combined with the Sunlight and Daylight Survey results, demonstrated that the proposal would not result in significant loss of light or materially adverse impact on outlook for the neighbouring property.
