What decided it

The proposed extension at 3.8 metres height, being only 0.25 metres higher than the most recently approved scheme and significantly lower than the structure as built, would not unacceptably harm the neighbours' living conditions in terms of outlook or light given the high vegetated boundary treatment between the properties.
