What decided it

The proposed waste collection arrangements, whilst exceeding British Standard guidance distances, are adequate for planning purposes because the dragging paths are predominantly straight with allocated service bays and reversing occurs in low-traffic areas, and the British Standard itself is guidance rather than specification.
