What decided it

The smaller marquee in Appeal C was proportionate to the pub building, set into the site with limited visual impact, and justified by Framework paragraph 84 supporting sustainable expansion of public houses in rural areas, whereas the larger structures in Appeals A and B were inappropriate development causing material harm to Green Belt openness without very special circumstances.
