The proposed outbuilding would provide clear incidental quality to the enjoyment of the dwelling by consolidating the appellant's personal vehicle collection at his home and providing gym and storage facilities, and its size was genuinely and reasonably required and not excessive in the context of the large detached dwelling and extensive grounds.
