What decided it

The cumulative effect of the proposed roof extensions, when added to the substantial prior extensions that had already doubled the original bungalow's width, would result in disproportionate additions over and above the size of the original dwelling, constituting inappropriate development in the Green Belt with no very special circumstances to justify it.
