What decided it

The proposed UPVC and aluminium windows and doors would cause detrimental harm to the significance of the non-designated heritage asset by introducing modern materials that would conflict with the building's historic agricultural character and appearance, contrary to paragraph 203 of the NPPF and Policy ST1(b) of the development plan.
