The part first floor and part two storey side extension would significantly reduce daylight levels reaching the conservatory and living space windows at the neighbouring property (38 Bishops Road) and would be a prominent and intrusive feature in their outlook, causing unacceptable harm to neighbouring living conditions in conflict with Policy SD14 of the JCS.
