In addition the carrying out of unauthorised operational development including the installation of a hard surface for the creation of an ancillary car parking compound in connection with the unauthorised use(s). As well as the unauthorised placement of containers on the land for commercial storage and the unauthorised erection of wooden structures on the land without planning permission within the last 10 years
