What decided it

The altered landform and degraded condition of the designated Ancient Woodland area, combined with the benign nature of a narrow gravel driveway for a single dwelling and the protective safeguard of an approved Arboricultural Method Statement, meant the proposal would not cause significant harm contrary to policy.
