Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- the effect of the development on the supply of residential accommodation within the area
- the living conditions of the occupiers of neighbouring properties, with specific regard to noise and disturbance
What decided it
The development causes unacceptable harm to the living conditions of neighbouring occupiers through noise and disturbance, which cannot be adequately controlled by the proposed Noise Management Plan or suggested conditions, and this harm outweighs the modest economic benefits of rural tourism.
