What decided it

The absence of detailed information regarding the appearance and profile of the proposed solar panels prevented assessment of their impact on the conservation area and listed building setting, and the lack of arboricultural detail for the car port extension prevented assessment of tree impact, necessitating dismissal of the annexe and car port elements while allowing the boat house roof.
