What decided it

The restricted height of the proposed extension (2.5m to eaves), its significant distance from the boundaries with Nos 112 and 110b (approximately 4 metres), and its minimal projection above the existing boundary fence at No 116 (0.5 metres) meant it would not result in significant harm to the living conditions of neighbouring occupiers.
