What decided it

The proposed outbuilding, comprising a modestly expanded garage and additional space for a gym, home office and shower room, would be genuinely and reasonably required for the enjoyment of the family-sized dwelling and would not be excessive in scale, thus qualifying as incidental to the dwelling's enjoyment under Class E of the GPDO 2015.
