What decided it

The public benefits of housing delivery in a sustainable location substantially outweigh the less than substantial harm to the setting of the designated heritage assets.

The less than substantial harm to the significance of the Conservation Area and the listed buildings, to which great weight must be given, is outweighed by the substantial public benefits of providing 25 dwellings in a sustainable village location with good transport links.
