What decided it

Building A's excessive scale and massing relative to the main dwelling causes harm to character and conflicts with Policy DP37's requirement for outbuildings to be proportionate and clearly subservient, whereas Building B's smaller proportions and subservient appearance allow it to comply with the same policy.
