What decided it

The land on which the proposed outbuilding would be sited, being hard-surfaced, enclosed, used for incidental residential purposes, and intimately associated with the dwelling both spatially and visually, forms part and parcel of the curtilage of the dwellinghouse and therefore satisfies the requirements for permitted development under Class E of the GPDO 2015.
