Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- The effect of the development upon the character and appearance of appeal property and the surrounding area
What decided it
The reduced height of the fence to 1.3-1.5 metres, combined with a condition securing a recessive colour finish, would result in a development that does not harm character and appearance and is consistent with the varied boundary treatments in the area.
