What decided it

Appeal A: the remote location of the tents in open agricultural land would introduce incongruous development causing unacceptable harm to the scenic beauty of the Chilterns National Landscape contrary to paragraph 182 of the Framework. Appeal B: insufficient evidence that the proposal was required to support the existing rural enterprise or constituted previously developed land under Policy DM44.
