What decided it

The fuel tanks perpetuate harm to the SINC and ancient woodland, and the operational benefits do not clearly outweigh this harm under Policy DM2, nor can biodiversity net gain be achieved within the tight site boundary.

The moderate weight given to operational and economic benefits did not outweigh the unacceptable and harmful effect on the SINC and National Landscape, and the development was found to conflict with the development plan.
