The proposed structure would cause significant harm to the character and appearance of the area by introducing an unduly bulky, visually prominent and incongruous feature that materially harms the open verdant and spacious character of this part of the road, contrary to development plan policies and the Framework's requirement to attach great weight to conservation and enhancement of landscape in National Landscapes.
