What decided it
Insufficient evidence, through inadequate marketing, that the dwelling was no longer needed to meet the needs of a rural worker in the locality.
The very small benefit of adding one dwelling to general housing supply was significantly and demonstrably outweighed by the unproven loss of housing for rural workers, so the presumption in favour of sustainable development did not apply.
