The two rear apartments would receive significantly inadequate sunlight due to their north-facing single aspect orientation and layout, failing to meet the BRE guideline requirement of at least 1.5 hours of sunlight on 21 March and therefore not providing adequate natural light as required by Class MA.2(f) of the GPDO.
