The proposed extension, whilst more visible than the existing garage, would not materially harm outlook from No 10's windows or result in significant loss of light or unreasonable overbearing due to the retained gap at the boundary, the width and depth of the neighbouring garden, and the limited projection beyond the rear elevation.
