Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- The effects of the development on the street scene in Burbage Road
What decided it
The considerable length and height of the timber fence wrapping around the front of the property creates an unduly dominant solid feature at odds with the predominantly varied and lower boundaries and open qualities along the footway, causing harmful effects on the street scene in conflict with Policy DM10, Policy 2 of the Burbage Neighbourhood Plan and NPPF paragraph 135.
