What decided it

The substation, roadway and waterfall are essential infrastructure or features for the established fishery business and do not harm character and appearance; the folly provides essential bat habitat supporting biodiversity net gain; but the hardstanding introduces unacceptable built form harmful to the countryside character and is not essential, and the bridge is not essential for site management.
