What decided it

The proposed terrace at an elevated height would facilitate direct views into the rear garden of the neighbouring property at No. 6 and enable noise and disturbance from domestic socialising, which would harmfully erode the neighbour's enjoyment of their property and cannot be adequately mitigated by the appellants' proposed measures.
