The caravan is situated within the footprint of the current developed area of the approved caravan site and causes no harm to the countryside or character and appearance, thereby according with Policy HOU 7 of the local plan.

The modest contribution to local housing supply and efficient use of previously developed land outweighed any concerns about the stationing of the caravan, particularly given its location within the existing developed footprint and lack of demonstrable harm.
