The advertisement's placement above ground floor fascia level, combined with its proportions and visual prominence, harms the amenity of the Conservation Area by disrupting the established pattern of advertisement hierarchy and appearing incongruous within the context of traditionally proportioned buildings with unaltered upper elevations.
