The development's location at the far side of the service station forecourt, seen in the background behind the main filling station facilities, results in an imperceptible impact on the adjacent conservation area and neighbouring properties, with adequate visual screening from the existing laurel hedge and noise impacts that are infrequent and negligible in the context of a 24-hour service station.
