What decided it

The proposed replacement tree planting scheme would not provide suitable landscape mitigation for the permitted felling works, as the lower canopies of the replacement ornamental trees would not adequately compensate for the loss of the mature Lime trees that formed a key part of the Church's setting and the Conservation Area's character.
