What decided it
The dormer extension facilitated an increase in maximum occupancy by one-third within a modestly-sized property with close physical relationships to neighbours, creating an unacceptable and disproportionate risk of noise and disturbance, and the white uPVC finish of the dormer was visually discordant and incongruous within the roofscape, harming character and appearance.
