The appellant failed to provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate that the proposed building would be reasonably necessary for the purposes of agriculture within an agricultural unit of 5 hectares or more, and that the development would not be carried out on a separate parcel of land forming part of the unit which is less than 1 hectare in area.
