Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- Whether one or more buildings would be subject to the proposed change of use at Plot 1
What decided it
The presence of a solid internal brick and render wall dividing the northern and southern rectangles, combined with the apparent change in size, shape and the join in the metal roof, meant that more than one building would be subject to the proposed change of use, which is not permitted under Class Q of the GPDO.
